Ashlee is a self-taught photographer of Vietnamese origin who captures an intimate and melancholic world where the protagonists are women - her favourite subjects. Her images exalt all ages, bodies, and ethnicities with the same importance, making all women feel part of an aesthetic language that excludes no one. Her shots are taken on analog film and not re-touched.
